Hello. Your Corsair RMA 850e works best with a 24-pin connector. You can't use the 8-pin connectors directly. Consider getting an adapter from eBay to match your motherboard's pin count.

The compatible adapter features a PCIe pin housing and fits into its own socket 23 03 2024: the adapter failed but was replaced with a new i5 11400 motherboard.
