Odd boot loop situation
System details: Windows 10 21H2 Mobo, Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming CPU, i5-8600K, GPU GTX 970, 32GB Corsair Dominator 3200 Duel Channel RAM. The problem: Upon powering off or hibernating, my PC restarts after a delay and freezes completely at the lock screen. A hard reboot causes it to loop through boot cycles repeatedly, especially when checking for errors. Removing one stick of RAM works, but reinstalling it restores normal operation. I've tried both RAM sticks, so I suspect the issue isn't with the RAM or slots. The occurrence seems random.
