hello everyone, i’m reaching out for some guidance. i just purchased an oculus quest 2 from facebook marketplace and after turning it on for the first time, i’m facing issues with head tracking and controller connection. the device won’t enter developer mode either. i’ve tried turning it off and on, performed a factory reset, and charged it, but the problem persists. i have the reference number 68046374965__FAA038EB-A89F-45BA-BF62-A3C8676A2685.MOV. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Start by trying to reset the controllers. Hold the Oculus button and then the battery button until the lights stop and then turn back on. Have you considered removing and reinstalling the Oculus app on your phone? Some users have found this useful before. If nothing works, contact Oculus Support—they have a knowledgeable team ready to assist you. They can help get your Quest 2 back online. Let us know how it goes, and feel free to ask for more help from the Multitechverse community!
