Check the specifications in my message. I’m planning to play the new Modern Warfare, but I don’t want to wait another year for a new machine. I upgraded my CPU and got a liquid cooler. Now I’d like a bit more. I understand I’ll need a new GPU next, then RAM, and finally an OC for my RAM.

I tried following some tutorials and videos to OC my RAM, but it wasn’t stable. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Intel CPUs gain minimal advantage from quicker RAM. Even with a stable overclock, the improvement would be limited.
If your display only operates at 1920x1080 at 60Hz, it’s possible your RX470 is the main factor holding you back.

Increase the pace until it loses control, then move back to the safest stable speed. If it can't exceed the standard speed, it's simply a matter of chance rather than skill.
