Occurs upon launching web browsers
Last night I opened any browser (Opera) and the PC would freeze for 3 to 5 minutes. Every action I took caused the freezing, and it only stopped when I closed the browser. I wondered if Opera was outdated, so I tried the built-in Edge version, but it froze just as much.
