My computer occasionally crashes after about six to seven hours of use, causing a black screen. It remains on but doesn’t display anything until I restart it. When I disconnect the HDMI cable from the GPU and reconnect it, it powers up as if receiving a signal, yet still fails to show anything. This issue occurs intermittently—sometimes around 10 minutes into a game or after roughly seven hours of play. It seems unrelated to games; I was running a Skyrim mod at the time of both incidents.

Recent bios information, newest AMD chipset software, latest Windows patches, and updated SSD firmware are available. I’ve checked various sources for the most current data.

Bios is fresh, my chioset drivers are brand new, I upgraded the CPU two months back, Windows is current, the NVMe firmware hasn't been checked yet, and my RAM has been in the PC for years but I'll attempt a reset and GPU since everything changed after I took off my side panel.

Turn off hibernation by opening Command Prompt as admin and running powercfg -h off, then restart. Verify if problems remain. CPU performance is solid with OCCT (CPU, Linpack) and Prime95 (Small FTT, Blend). GPU stability checks include FurMark, MSI Kombustor, and Unigine Heaven in continuous loop.
