I mentioned that everything should be in default settings. Just configure the RAM to xmp mode.

On HWmonitor this feature doesn't exist. On HWinfo and Ryzen Master it isn't available either.

I think the issue might be related to a motherboard bug. Since you have the same board, it could be a problem with compatibility or configuration.
