Occasionally during sleep mode my PC’s RGB stays on. I own a G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Black, 2x 16GB, 5600 MHz. It works with Asus Armoury Crate for syncing and color changes, plus L-Connect 3 to manage fans. Installed MSI Center and Mystic Light. I noticed the settings warn that this software might replace third-party RGB tools after a restart. Also, LED power saving is active, so Mystic Light turns off when the monitor goes into sleep, but Mystic Light disables itself once it releases control of third-party RGB devices.
