Hello. My Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 has 16GB RAM, a Ryzen 5 4600HS processor, and an NVIDIA GTX 1650Ti graphics card. It performed well for over a year without any problems. Recently, I've noticed micro-stuttering in games for the past two days. I've played three titles—WWE 2K22, Stray, and Marvel's Spiderman Remastered—and the issue appears across all of them. Even though temperatures are high (as shown in screenshots), it has always been this way. Additionally, the volume works perfectly when listening to Spotify, but drops significantly during gameplay. At 30% volume on Spotify, it's much louder than in games. I've tried several fixes: reinstalling Windows 11, downgrading to Windows 10, disabling and reinstalling NVIDIA drivers with DDU, and cleaning the fans. Thermal paste was applied too, but nothing helped. I even tried running games on the integrated graphics, which ran smoothly without stuttering. I suspect the problem is related to the GPU. I read that turning off XMP settings in BIOS might help, but I couldn't locate that option on my machine. I'm exhausted trying to fix this. Please help.
