I've attempted to swap RAM with my cousins' PCs, but mine works fine. Their setup functions properly too—GPU and CPU operate normally after booting into BIOS and Windows, though it sometimes fails to start or shows no display. After around 20 restarts, it cycles between BIOS and Windows without warning. Everything seems okay except the unexpected reboot pattern. Cables appear intact, and the PC is only two years old. Components: CPU Intel i5-11400F, cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition, GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (12GB, 2021), PSU Corsair RM650x Gold MOBO, RAM ASUS PRIME B560-PLUS 16GB (8x2) Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz, HDD WD Blue 2TB, SSD Crucial P2 500GB. Peripherals include a keyboard, Logitech G413, G PRO HEADSET, and HyperX Cloud 2.

Is this a Ryzen processor? The training process for RAM can be slow.
