Windows 11 version 25151.1010 was installed. I followed all recommended steps: ran sfc /scannow, restarted explore.exe via Task Manager, used DISM /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth, performed healthrestore, and completed a malware/virus scan. Now I’m unsure what to do next because each step suggested my PC is fine.

You're using Windows 11 Insiders from the Dev channel. This version is ahead of the standard release and under beta testing. Be prepared for potential issues and possible data loss—just as you agreed when joining the program. Microsoft advises against running Insider Builds of Windows on your primary system. Submit a thorough bug report in the Feedback Hub, that's the only option available. -- Thread moved to Windows --

Thank you for your response. I discovered later that it could be a bug. I will submit feedback to Microsoft. Thanks.
