7700K @ 1.25v
Passed RealBench after 4 hours with no issues, Tmax at 70°C
Sleep-wake up without problems.
Occasionally when running Win10, spinning balls freeze during boot, forcing a shutdown and restart to recover. I've tried increasing the vcore by 0.1 but it doesn't help. Is there something wrong with my motherboard? Maybe performance was better in older BIOS versions? Need advice.

It would be useful to understand your OC.
If your cooling is functioning properly, consider increasing the voltage slightly.
