I own a 2080 Super FTW3 ULTRA with a riser cable and a 5800x 32GB DDR4 1000W EVGA power unit. I've tried it across various titles—COD, Back 4 Blood, Far Cry 6, even light games like Loop Hero. The performance remains consistently slow, with noticeable lag or FPS drops from 10 to 30 when launching any game. Even after restarting, the issue persists, sometimes resolving instantly, other times requiring several restarts. After an overclock and a BIOS update, I still face problems. My BIOS settings are fine, but nothing seems to help. Occasionally it works immediately, but rarely does it run smoothly. Could someone assist me in diagnosing the problem? I'm not technically inclined, just a regular gamer.

Verify your graphics card's performance by installing a GPU to ensure it fully utilizes the PCI-E slot's speed.
