Observed slow startup behavior over the past couple of months at work and home, especially in IT support. Windows 10 takes longer to boot during the spinning phase before the login screen appears. Everything else works normally. Ran sfc /scannow but results weren't helpful. All affected devices use decent NVMe SSDs and CPUs, so boot times are usually okay. It seems like a rare issue possibly linked to recent updates.
