This problem stems from my old laptop and is recurring with my new one. Previously, it ran Windows 10 but now it’s using Windows 11. On the old machine, I used hibernation; when plugged in and charging, it would crash unexpectedly, forcing me to restart. The event logs showed "Shut down unexpectedly." Now it happens again on the new device. I’ve shared some log files with Event Viewer that might clarify the cause. The issue occurs regardless of sleep or hibernation mode. Sometimes it happens while watching YouTube, and even when opening the lid, the screen is black and unresponsive, requiring me to hold the power button down.
