Hello, I just discovered that certain shortcuts aren't appearing on the File Explorer desktop. It seems like those that don't show are actually on the public user's desktop instead. From what you described, one of the missing shortcuts was on the public side and I've now created a new one for Chrome under May30 user. I'm puzzled as to why some shortcuts appear on the username area while others are linked to the public account. Could it be that my system files are damaged?

You're seeing a mismatch between your desktop interface and how it appears in Windows Explorer's file view.

The Chrome shortcut appears on your desktop (wallpaper side), yet it's missing from the Desktop folder view in Windows Explorer.
