Two of the three fan units cease operation upon startup. The new power supply was added, but it’s unclear if that resolved the problem. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Insufficient details provided. PC starts up correctly? Does the cooler spin properly? The image lacks helpful information. Are fans linked to the motherboard or an external device? Is the power supply connected? Did you reuse PSU cables to save time? That might damage your system. Can you enter BIOS and adjust fan settings? Is there an option in Windows to override fan curves?
