Hello, I don't have a clear way to explain this beyond the occasional black pixels showing up on my screen (refer to the attached video). Could it be related to the GPU? It's been around just 3-4 months and I bought it new. Maybe the RAM is the issue? It happens rarely but is getting more frequent, and the black pixels are getting darker. Additionally, I use the old YouTube theme with the YouTube Redux extension on Chrome Specs (Ryzen 7 5700x, R5 2400g, RTX 3060 12GB 16GB DDR4, Gigabyte B450M).
In the optimal scenario it’s a driver problem (have you attempted reinstalling them? In GeForce Experience you should click the three dots next to the current driver and select "reinstall drivers", or for a manual install, choose the option similar to that). It could also be that your GPU is showing its last signs of life, but since you can capture them, I’d suggest it’s a driver issue. I’m not an expert on GPU failure.
Do you have a riser cable installed? If yes, remove it and test again.
No problem, your GPU is connected to the single PCI-E x16 port on the motherboard.
Additionally, note that upon closer inspection of the video, the YouTube interface vanishes, yet it remains visible on the screenshot; unrelated elements such as the sidebar, channel titles in the video list, and the search bar stay intact.
I attempted standard methods such as clearing the browser cache.
I didn't notice it myself, but there was another version running with windows 11 before, and the problem persisted. After switching to windows 10, the issue remains unchanged. I suspect the extension (like sync) might be the cause, so I'm planning to remove it to check if it resolves the matter. I've looked for similar errors online but haven't found anything relevant.
They install cleanly, I think. Have you checked various web browsers to see if it works the same way?
