I added two more rams from Team Elite Vulcan TUF 2x8 at 3200mhz. They match the model, die, and timing you’ve been using. I’m testing them on a Ryzen 5 3600 with B450 Aorus M and F64 BIOS. Occasionally I see a BSOD during Windows boot, but it only happens when starting from Windows. Once it boots successfully, everything works fine. I checked stability with OCCT for half an hour; at 3066mhz it seems to fix the issue. I’m wondering if adjusting settings could make it run smoothly at 3200mhz. Update: Fast boot was triggering the BSOD, though the first restart is stable.

I verified consistency by checking identical dies. Running four sticks significantly strains the memory controller, as two sticks perform adequately without affecting speed or timing.

It would help if you adjusted the timing and then ran a MemTest. I think it gives a clearer picture before launching other programs to check.

In Thaiphoon it mentions Hynix C-die. Confirm if you're aware of this detail. It seems odd that the system runs smoothly after the first boot but becomes unstable after a restart.

I don’t have a guide that’s hard to understand, but I can suggest looking for simple visual instructions or videos.

I don't have a link, but I just did it the easy way. Changed the memory to DOCP at 3600MHz, which will handle voltage and timing automatically. Now you just need to adjust the memory to 3466MHz, 3200 or whatever the next best low setting is that fits. If it doesn't work, restart again (hopefully without needing to reset CMOS) and try a lower timing. I've only faced this once, but using 3466MHz succeeded and passed MemTest without issues.

The response usually indicates the RAM matches the same model number. Fast Startup isn't a typical concern here—it mainly switches to hibernation mode. Using the actual restart instead of shutting down avoids Fast Startup altogether.

Fast Startup is turned off according to my tests. Restarting or shutting down and then rebooting resolves the BSOD. If I enter BIOS during shutdown or reboot, the system boots normally without issues. I might attempt a Windows 11 reinstall since the upgrade from Windows 10 could be causing the problem.

You can also upload the dump files and I'll take a look. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump and verify the presence of any minidump files. If available, return to the Windows folder and transfer the entire Minidump directory to the Downloads folder (desktop works if you don't use OneDrive syncing). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to the instructions since Windows doesn't allow changes in this area.

I've included the dumps you mentioned. I attempted SFC and DISM, both worked fine. The CSM is turned off in the BIOS while I'm using UEFI. Minidump.7z attached.
