Hello everyone, I’m facing an issue with my PC that started two months ago. Suddenly, it would shut down unexpectedly during games like Tekken 8, Valorant, or Lethal Companions. It doesn’t happen in Cyberpunk, BF2042, or other demanding titles. Benchmarks and stress tests don’t trigger crashes either. There are two distinct incidents: first, the PC completely stops working; second, it freezes with audio looping but no shutdown. The crash and freeze only occur when idle. Temperatures and usage remain normal. I’ve sent my PC to a shop for diagnostics, they said it was a GPU driver problem—but that’s not true since I’ve uninstalled drivers multiple times and even tried older ones. I reset the whole system, reinstalled Windows 10, then Windows 11, changed RAM, and nothing changed. The shop claimed the CPU was changed but still had the issue. Now I’m unsure what to do next. Could you help figure out the cause? Possible issues include motherboard, PSU, or software glitches. My specs are: ASUS ROG Strix B550-A gaming plus Corsair RM850X 80 Gold plus RX 6800 XT Sapphire Nitro+, Corsair 4x8GO Vengeance Pro 3600MHz, Ryzen 7 5800X, all disks healthy, temps consistently below 70°C. Crashes happen even at low or high usage. Thanks in advance for your advice—I really need your help.
