I previously faced problems downloading files from the web and installing software, and now it’s affecting my Steam games too. The PC starts up fine, but when I try to install dependencies for games like R6 Siege, everything freezes completely. My headphones keep looping audio infinitely, and I’m forced to press the reset button to restore functionality. Everything seems normal otherwise—CPU isn’t overclocked, RAM is at the standard 3200MHz, and my system specs are as listed. I’m using a Windows 10 Pro installation with Threadripper 1950x, 32GB DDR4, 2x 3200MHz RAM sticks, an Asus X399-A board, Noctua tower cooler, two 90mm fans, WD 240GB SSD for the OS, Ocz Gold 850W PSU, and an Antec case with multiple fans. I need urgent help since this machine is essential for my work.
Updated: Installation runs smoothly without crashes when not in a Discord call. Partial test, but seems to work.

It could be related to drivers—whether you're new or experienced, you might try an older version. For hardware checks, start by testing RAM: use 1-2 sticks from the same manufacturer to see if performance improves.
