Occasional BSODs and SSD issues are common.
Consensus reached. Current activity suggests no instability in drive performance; likely other issues are at play. Consider verifying RAM or disabling XMP if active. @IHaveNoIdea What remains of the system?
I’ll run the memtest knowing I have XMP enabled. My RAM isn’t the fastest model, but that could still be the case. Details: Ryzen 4650G, RX 6700XT, Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz 2x8GB, Gigabyte B450 S2H.
Run memtest tonight. Here are the error codes you mentioned from the registry: 0xFFFFB48C4C202760, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000006, 0x00007FF80993505E, 0x00000087381BE2C0.
I executed memtest86 without XMP enabled; it completed in about 2 hours and 30 minutes with no errors. After testing with XMP turned off, the system still showed some crashes. I ran sfc /scannow post-disabling XMP, which found a few issues but didn’t resolve them. Later, overclocked RAM also produced BSODs despite the fixes.
It seems the problem isn't related to RAM. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding. Consider reinstalling Windows 10 or 11 if needed. Let me know what happens!
The newly set up Windows on the identical storage will be tested immediately.
Same issues keep occurring again, so we should move forward.
It seems like you're discussing a potential issue with your system. One option is an SSD, while another could be a faulty drive controller on the motherboard. It might be either one of these.
