No one can accurately share the ideal safe overclocked voltage for Zen 2, but based on what I've heard, running your CPU at 1.4 Volts is likely to damage it if not cause immediate failure. I suggest reducing it further, though I’m certain 1.4 Volts for a full core overclock isn’t advised by anyone. AMD hasn’t specified a safe value either and warns against pushing it to stock levels.
