I'm trying to push my Ryzen 3 1200 overclocking and each time I set it, it drops lower than expected. For instance, if I aim for 3.8, it ends up at 1.5 instead. I'm using an MSI B350M PRO VDH motherboard and a GTX 1050 for performance.

I also overclocked my Ryzen 3 1200 to 3.8ghz on an MSI board! When you mention it reaching 1.5, are you referring to 1.5ghz? Yes, that's correct.
