OC Guru II and Msi Afterburner
OC Guru II and Msi Afterburner
I own a 980 ti G1 and to modify the LED lighting I must rely on OC Guru, but this software is extremely difficult to open or start, even when configured properly. It tends to crash frequently. I prefer managing overclocking and fan settings in MSI Afterburner, but I’m unsure which program is controlling the GPU. Could there be a way to restrict OC Guru usage specifically for the LED while using Afterburner for the rest?
Yes, there are cases like that. For instance, I've tried using OC Asus GPU TweakII and MSI afterburner to monitor my system. Until afterburner stopped working, it displayed temperatures up to 68°C, but they exceeded 100°C. That only happened once, so I no longer rely on afterburner. 😉
