I just completed assembling my PC with a Ryzen 5 1400 and 8GB DDR4 at 2133Mhz. When trying to increase the clock speed to 4Ghz it won’t boot and I can’t reach the BIOS... Everything else functions properly, the lights, fans, and GPU are working... Could you help me?

Restart the BIOS, also known as clearing the CMOS.
Consult your motherboard manual for instructions.
There should be a jumper or button on the motherboard; connect or press it to reset the BIOS.

Next to the jumper/button, there are options to reset the BIOS or erase the CMOS... Unplugging your PC from power and removing the CR2032 battery for a short time also clears the CMOS.
