Hello everyone, Intro: I'm trying to get a bit of performance off my PC (i7 4790k, 16Gb of Ram, GTX 970). I use it mostly for games like Call Of Duty MW, Battlefield V and web development (no need for more performance). I'm considering the upgrade in near future maybe new Ryzen when they arrive this year or next ... also new graphic card. But while i wait i did a bit of OC to the i7 to a 4.6 Ghz(46 Ratio, 1.3v) trying to increment slowly until 4.8 i think it will be reasonable. GPU OC i just let it use 110% of Power didn't mess much with it. Problem: Now memory i know my Corsair DIMMS (1600 CL9) have XMP but my Kingston (1600 CL10) Memory don't. If i try to activate XMP it will fail to boot. They are running at 656Mhz because the corsair dimms can only go that far without XMP. Question: Can i Overclock them all to 800Mhz CL10 ? If so what settings should i alter? What timings should use? Motherboard is an MSI Z87-G43 Gaming Thank you all Big Grin
