Makes sense, though I’d have suggested a Ryzen 7 with eight cores or a Threadripper with twelve or sixteen cores. Much better value

What is the make and model of your tower cooler? Many don't work as expected for various reasons. If you're unsure about overclocking, start by reading about it and then do a baseline overclock from which you can adjust.
Could it be possible to transfer your specifications like this:
CPU: Motherboard: RAM: SSD/HDD: GPU: PSU: Chassis: Ambient air temperature in your room.
