I understand it's an older card, but I swapped it for free with my 7870xt and did some overclocking. It sometimes causes freezing. Any fixes or just lowering the settings?

if any OC configurations lead to instability, it means the GPU can't manage them properly, or it requires a slight voltage boost to function correctly
if you raised the power target during OC adjustments, the safest approach is to reduce the settings slightly until stability returns
