Obtener activación para Windows 10 Pro
Hello everyone, have you encountered any problems with Windows 10 activation? I recently switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 after it activated smoothly. I saved the product key and did a clean install. Now I’m facing an issue where Windows shows the product key is blocked and refuses to activate. Microsoft suggested waiting 24-48 hours, after which it should work. In any case, I’m stuck without activation. I tried using the elevated command prompt to force activation, but it didn’t help. Anyone have had success with another approach to get a genuine product activated? I didn’t realize Windows 10 wasn’t activating properly, and most of my software is now reinstalled. Error: Activation failed (0xC004C003). I also used the generic key, which seems to work for some but not others.
It’s not recommended to start from scratch yet. Make sure W7 is up, upgrade to 10, and then perform a new installation of 10.
I've already done that. I upgraded from W7 Pro to W10 Pro with the W10 enabled. After setting everything up, I performed a fresh installation of W10 Pro. It worked perfectly on my gaming laptop, but not on my gaming desktop.

Do you have a product key or product ID? (You don’t need a key—just ignore that prompt and proceed; your account will handle the upgrade automatically.)
I’m reviewing the upgrade steps now. I’ve cleaned up version 7 and am moving back to version 10. In mind are a couple of points. First, because nothing is installed on the new 7, I might just rely on the upgrade process itself. Second, since I usually disconnect my other drives during installation to avoid data loss, I’m wondering if that’s why the clean install didn’t activate properly.
Activation with win10 follows this process: During an in-place upgrade from an older Windows version to win10, Microsoft records a hash tied to your system specs on their servers. After a clean install, activation happens automatically without requiring a key—provided your hardware hasn’t changed significantly (like the motherboard). You won’t need to input any key at all; the system assigns a standard key during the upgrade.
