IP cameras often come with a built-in Dyn DNS feature. You must configure it first.

Your IP camera isn't assigned a public IP address. Your router is. If you visit the link above and are connected to the same network as your camera, it will display the IP provided by your ISP. Keep in mind you only receive one public IP unless you upgrade. You've used up all IPv4 addresses, so most providers limit their allocation. Also note that IP addresses can shift over time based on lease terms from your ISP.
