This should always be handled through PM. Keep each role as a single code to avoid any issues where someone might try to take everything and attempt to resell it.

Never considered the PM aspect before; most titles are from older bundles, not the best ones. Most are original keys and can't be resold—only first-come, first-served. Got your idea about avoiding the monopoly.
