You could clone the drive or make an iso, etc, but there's not a gurantee that it'll work well as OEM licenses lock to the mobo (There will be a drastic hardware change as well that could cause problems down the road.) It's probably an OEM part, so sometimes you can secure one copy per license. You might get lucky by contacting Microsoft and mentioning you upgraded the PC—especially the motherboard—but also let them know other components were changed. It really depends on who you talk to. I’ve had it work despite this.
