I repeatedly attempt to capture Battlefield 4 but it always shows a black screen, though audio is still recorded. Checking the OBS FAQ didn’t provide any guidance on this issue. I’m not using a laptop and have confirmed I’m recording the right game. My three other titles have worked before.

Consider testing DX11 instead. I recall there was a mention of Mantle before, though details are fuzzy, but it seems relevant. Try launching the 64-bit version of Battlefield 4 in DX11.

Only the GVR feature in Raptr (also known as AMD Gaming Evolved) supports recording Mantle gameplay. If you plan to use OBS, you should play in Borderless and capture your desktop screen instead.
