I just increased my monitor's speed to 70hz and 75hz, but since it was originally made for 60hz, it functioned okay. However, after overclocking, it started making a strange spring-like sound even when I adjusted the resolution or turned it on and off. Anyone know what might be causing this and whether it's normal or a problem?

Yes, at 60Hz you continue to perceive the sound continuously.
