People frequently refer to stuttering as a delay in frames. Essentially, all stutter comes from frames lagging. Therefore, Lag.

It's running between 28 and 40, usually around 35, but it fluctuates a lot which only makes things worse. It handles medium textures and presets well, or high textures with ultra settings... the difference is minimal. Using medium textures cuts down stutter slightly, but performance remains poor overall.

My 4670k is clocking at 4.1ghz, reaching 1122mhz with boost, which helps stabilize FPS. I saw that with 16GB RAM it uses only about 8.2GB while running the game. Having more RAM made a big difference.

When a project is built for a console and later adapted for PC, and specifically involving Ubisoft, the process often involves challenges in maintaining consistency and quality across platforms.

Your 760 is operating at 1177MHz Boost with a memory speed of 1702MHz and 2GB of virtual RAM. You have 8GB of physical RAM, which seems unlikely to reach full capacity.
