I'm experiencing under 10 FPS on The First Descendant even with a 3080 Ti, which should be sufficient for the task. Any thoughts on why this might happen?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
What model of PSU do you have? Which GPU were you using before upgrading to the RTX3080Ti? Did you install a discrete GPU and use DDU before adding the new one?

The benchmark suggests the cooler on the CPU isn't properly secured or has come off (1.4 turbo), and the memory requires XMP support.
