Observe the erratic behavior then the audio equipment ceased functioning
I was just using my gaming monitor connected to a PS5 while playing music. The audio stopped, so I checked the volume and everything seemed fine. Then the screen started showing errors and I heard a loud popping sound. After that, the monitor restarted but displayed a corrupted boot screen, and I unplugged it. When I reconnected and turned it on later, it booted normally except for the speakers not working. Are there any steps you could suggest? This appears to be an Acer device. Thanks for your help!
