I experienced slow performance on the AMD Desk 3900/64BG/M2 due to its read speed, which is around 5000+. When launching the same project, it took about 2.5 minutes. My laptop, the 9750H with 32GB, reads faster at 3000+ and completed the task in roughly 26-30 seconds. This inconsistency suggests something beyond typical usage affecting speed.
