Windows 10 old Bluetooth devices still appear after being deleted. These keyboards were previously used due to my disability to locate a suitable peripheral that would enhance my independence. All such devices are disabled and removed each time Windows boots. The batteries are also taken out from these gadgets. When several keyboards appear in the settings, most programs automatically scroll up or zoom in once opened. This forces me to rely on older Alt-tab methods. Any suggestions for resolving this issue? I have multiple Bluetooth USB connections connected to an Anker powered extension hub. Could this be contributing to the problem?

It seems they remain inactive until a restart? They don't automatically reappear?
If that's the case, attempt to delete them via settings, then access Device Manager, locate hidden devices (excluding active or connected ones), and right-click each to select "uninstall".

I recently purchased a 2TB SSD together with my 1TB SSD drive for the system. I think I’ll go through a full reinstall this weekend.
