The maximum frame rate in ShadowPlay is presently 60 FPS, while OBS doesn't have that information.

It’s not necessary to shoot at such high frames per second in CS:GO. You can use demos and play them back slower. Recording at 120fps would demand an extremely fast hard drive, while saving to an SSD would just consume write cycles unnecessarily. OBS can handle it if you enable the 60fps limit in the settings.

Find the method to bypass the FPS limit. Keep trying to download your games, but they keep failing due to corruption.
