Set up a timeline for your build and use a webcam plus OBS. You've already achieved recording one frame per second, but you want each second to translate into 30 frames in the final video. Adjust OBS settings so that every real-time second captures 30 frames, while keeping the FPS at 1 for smooth playback.

OBS is mainly for capturing and broadcasting video. It would have to compress the video twice, which would be complex and demand significant processing power from the CPU.
