It functions effectively on my Celeron 1005m during Minecraft gameplay with H264 streaming and recording. It should work well for you too.

Have you considered capturing with AMD's version of shadow play? It might reduce the performance hit compared to using OBS.

It's excellent—perfect for almost any taste. Adjusting to 720p with a bitrate near 3500 will work great for you!
