I encountered a minor problem with my PC. After installing additional fans, I purchased the Corsair Commander Core X hub. It features an optional USB 2.0 male header for connecting other USB devices. While RGB functions properly, the AIO cooler isn’t showing up in NZXT Cam software when I use this header, but the fans do. When I connect the hub to the NZXT splitter in reverse, the Corsair fans aren’t detected, yet the AIO cooler appears. I’m not sure how to coordinate these devices effectively. My motherboard only has one USB 2.0 port, and the splitter setup doesn’t seem to resolve the issue. How should I proceed?

What motherboard are you using? Are there any headers for the AIO to connect, or have you already tried that? I understand with my Kraken 240 I connected it to an AIO header on my motherboard, but I started with a NZXT Player One Prime PC that I’ve upgraded over time.

Inside the NZXT cam software, the only settings available are for adjusting the Pump RPM, and there’s no display for the AIO fans’ actual RPM. However, since they’re running loudly, it’s likely the Pump RPM is actually showing the fan speed.

My motherboard is a rog strix b760-a gaming wifi d4. The aio pump is connected and everything works fine. I managed to tweak the screen settings and everything before adding more fans, so I believe the problem lies with a splitter preventing detection. There aren’t any other usb 2.0 ports available for running the cooler independently.
