You might be missing a step or an issue with the connection. After powering down your PC and trying to reinsert the USB 3.2, ensure the port is properly seated and that the cable is secure. Also, verify that your case supports USB-C and that the port matches the correct type.

In the last two models I've had (O11 Mini, Torrent), the front panel Type C construction was really poor. This issue seems common with most front panel connectors. Try moving the plugged-in items and see if the window detection sound activates. If not, check Device Manager for any missing drivers. Also, your RAM is likely installed in the incorrect slots.
