Have you attempted a system reset and driver reinstall? There are indications of issues, especially if desktop capture is active.

Thanks for the assistance! Restarting the comp resolved the issue. My comp required updates... It should have been the first step, lol.

I notice the ALT+F shortcuts aren't functioning properly for me when the screen is fullscreen. It seems the issue might be consistent across different scenarios—starting with a windowed view and then switching to fullscreen still lets me record, but stopping works only in fullscreen mode.
