An update, KB5066835 October update is confirmed by Nvidia that it's causing performace problems for some. The bug is still not fixed by Microsoft with the KB5068861 November update. So instead of waiting for Microsoft to patch their bug their update created, Nvidia has released a driver update, 581.94 to handle it. Here's the article. https://www.windowslatest.com/2025/11/20...ew-driver/ Edit: I checked the usual Nvidia's download page and the new drivers hasn't showed up yet. However there's a download link to the new drivers from Windows latest article. Those drivers are not WHQL yet. It'll probably show up on the usual download page soon.

Microsoft hasn't fixed the 24h2 launch issues yet, probably won't address them soon.

Excellent performance. The GPU Core (NVVDD) output power has been reduced to a maximum of 300W (power cap at 70%). At full NVVDD, it now reaches around 350W (note: higher still—433W). Previously, with default settings, it exceeded 600W (400W at 70%). Also, running the 5080 at 70% power and higher clocks remains quicker than the 5070 Ti.
