Hi there, I'm trying to figure out why my Dota 2 performance is so slow—only 60-70 FPS even after upgrading the graphics card and motherboard. I checked forums where people upgrade GTX1060 and got up to 120 FPS. Is this issue common? Should I check my power supply or CPU next? My specs are: AMD Phenom II X4 965, Sabertooth 990fx, 8GB DDR3 RAM, GTX1060, 1TB WD HDD, 23" Acer FHD monitor, Cooler Master GX650. Thanks for your help!
