I received this laptop with Windows 10 already installed, yet no drivers were available. I ran all the updates via Snappy Driver Installer, but the GPU wouldn’t function. The driver was installed without issues, yet I consistently encountered error code 43 in Device Manager. I also tested with older driver versions. Switching to Windows 8.1 didn’t resolve the problem either, and nothing seemed to work. My system specs are: Windows 8.1 64-bit BIOS (Insyde Corp v1.15), Intel Core i7-4702MQ, Nvidia GeForce GTX 760M, 12 GB DDR3 RAM, and a 500 GB Lexar SSD. I suspect the GPU might still be operational because Windows 10 managed to install a basic driver that enabled it to run, and GPU-Z displayed clock speeds before shutting down after I upgraded.

It's inactive. The standard mode isn't fast enough to engage the GPU, which means it should work. When it attempted to use hardware acceleration through the driver, the process stops.

It's really disappointing to hear. Appreciate you responding, but I'm planning to express myself by shouting in my pillow.
