It could be a weak link in the fan connector. I recently purchased an RTX 1050 from @FloRolf, and it had the same issue. The UPS also handled it well, fixing the problem before delivery.

That seemed unusual at first, but I just added a 120mm fan underneath it. I used the cooler shroud and let it run quietly for a while. Since the card isn’t powerful, it worked just fine.
